At Easterseals Greater Waterbury, our mission is to ensure that every individual — regardless of ability — has the opportunity to live, learn, work, and play in their community. We serve hundreds of children, adults, and families each year through a wide range of vital programs and services tailored to meet their unique needs.

From early intervention and school readiness programs to vocational training, job placement, and adult day services, we’re committed to helping individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence and a higher quality of life. We also provide essential support to families and caregivers, recognizing that strong support systems are critical to long-term success.
