Easter Seals provides high quality services designed to meet the individual needs of children and adults with disabilities and special needs. Teams of therapists, teachers and other health professionals help each person overcome obstacles to independence and reach his or her personal goals. Easter Seals also includes and supports families as active members of any therapy program.

Child Care: Providing a Learning Environment for Children and Peace of Mind for Parents
Meeting a growing need for high quality child care for young children and their working parents, Easter Seals offers programs for children ages 8 months to 5 years. Youngsters of all abilities are welcomed to a unique environment where they can all learn together.

Children & Family Services: Working with State Agencies and Families to Provide a Positive Start in Life 
Easter Seals offers a number of early intervention programs to help families deal with special needs of their infants and young children.  Through education, therapy and support, Easter Seals professionals guide family members and make a positive impact early in a child's development. 

Audiology and Hearing Aid Services:  Providing Quality Hearing Care for Adults and Children
The Easter Seals Center for Better Hearing has been providing quality hearing care since 1969, offering complete diagnostic hearing tests, honest and reliable hearing evaluations, and hearing aid fittings and repair.

Job Training and Employment: Building Skills to Find -- and Keep -- a Great Job
Adults with disabilities looking for meaningful employment find training and placement opportunities through a number of vocational programs offered in partnership with state and local agencies.  Easter Seals staff assess work skills, interests and abilities and identify employment opportunties that meet the needs and goals of the indivdiual.

The Industrial and Business Services of Easter Seals offer a wide variety of options for manufacturers and businesses through its Employment Industries Work Center and Janitorial and Building Maintenance Division.
Easter Seals has joined the ServiceMaster janitorial commercial franchise family for the Greater Waterbury area and north to Torrington. Two well known and respected companies combine strengths in promoting opportunities for individuals with disabilites.

Adult Day Programs: Anticipating the Needs of Adults with Disabilities and Older Adults
Extending Easter Seals' medical rehabilitation expertise, Easter Seals adult day services meet daytime needs of adults with disabilities and older adults while promoting their dignity and independence. Easter Seals partners with families to ensure a continuation of their high-standards of care.

Medical Rehabilitation: Promoting Independence and Quality of Life
Medical rehabilitation services provide the first step toward greater independence for people with disabilities.  Access Rehab Center, a partnership of Easter Seals and Waterbury Hospital, offers physical therapy, orthopedic and sports medicine, occupational therapy, speech-hearing therapy and pediatric services, addressing all types of special needs, whether due to a birth condition, injury or illness, or because of functional limitations experienced in aging.
