Easterseals Employment & Community Services empowers individuals with disabilities through support, job training, and community-based DDS programs.
Overview
Easterseals Employment and Community Services provides a supportive and safe environment where individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, physical and mental disabilities, and other special needs can thrive.
Our experienced and well-trained staff work as a team to continuously enrich the lives of individuals who choose to come to Easterseals. Our direct care staff support individuals in activities at our facilities, and in the community, while our Job Coaches and Employment Specialists work with individuals in the community and in our facilities to help ensure our employed individuals learn and maintain the skills necessary to grow and succeed.
We offer a variety of DDS funded services with a focus on vocational and pre-vocational services. Currently we offer DSO, Transitional Services, Group Supported Employment, Individualized Day Services, In Home Supports and a new after-hours recreational group.

Our Programs
Easterseals adult programs empower individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and physical and mental disabilities, as well as those recovering from strokes or traumatic brain injuries, to thrive. We are dedicated to supporting their intellectual and personal well-being, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. Our comprehensive programs include services for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities, Day & Employment Services, In-Home Supports, and Recreation & Community Inclusion.
