Transitional Employment Services
Community-based, occupational service that is time limited up to 3 years (with some exceptions). Activities occur in integrated settings and may include unpaid career exploration, financial management, networking, building skills leading to employment and health and fitness activities that lead to better employment outcomes. We have volunteer sites, Pick Me Up Express and help bridge from high school to learn new potential employment skills.
Placement Services
Placement services enhances and expedites the transition from training to employment. This program identifies individual career goals through vocational counseling and assist with resume writing, job searching, job skill training, and job development. It connects the individual with job based on their interest and abilities and finds employment opportunities through DDS and DORS within the community.
DORS
DORS provides adults with the tools, training and resources to work competitively and forge a path to independence. Our staff work with individuals through Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) to provide orientation and on the job training.
Level Up
Level up is designed for students ages 16-24 who already participate in a workplace readiness program. Our staff work with the students through Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) to provide orientation and on the job training. The goal of this program is to provide students with confidence and independence in the workplace.
